Pastor Josh:On November 24th here at Middletown Baptist Church.
Pastor Josh:We're going to continue our sermon series in Second Corinthians.
Pastor Josh:We're going to conclude two Corinthians Chapter seven.
Pastor Josh:Last week we looked at what real repentance is, biblically speaking.
Pastor Josh:And this week we're going to look at the results of biblical repentance.
Pastor Josh:We looked last week at the idea of how repentance brings revival.
Pastor Josh:And though we know that revival is something that we all need, we also see here in the last few verses of chapter seven that there are true results to biblical repentance.
Pastor Josh:And we're going to see that there's comfort.
Pastor Josh:We're going to see that there's joy.
Pastor Josh:We're going to see that there's refreshment, confidence.
Pastor Josh:And ultimately, what we're going to see here is that there is an opportunity for us to rejoice in the Lord when true repentance characterizes our life.
